Delete from the app
- 1Open the PosterNet app and sign in
- 2Go to Settings → Account Management
- 3Tap Delete My Account and confirm
Can't open the app?
Email us at posternet.in@gmail.com from any address and include the mobile number registered with your account. We'll confirm the request and delete your account.
What gets deleted
- Name, mobile number and tagline
- Photographs and background-removed images
- Generated and saved posters
- Notification tokens
- Other information linked to your account
We complete deletion within 30 days. Copies in backups are removed within 90 days. We may keep information where the law requires it or for security and fraud prevention. Anonymised usage records and feedback messages may be kept without your account details.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Posters you have already downloaded or shared remain wherever you saved or sent them.
